byA lovely Saturday. Nipped to Meadowhall for some bits and bobs, and for Emma to spend her birthday money. Discovered my Euro Millions winnings were a massive £19.80! Bargain!
Spanked my winnings on the Joy Division ‘Heart and Soul’ boxset. Been looking for this for a while, and the Hoomv (HMV) had it at a very reasonable £26, so I treated myself.
Watched Rocky III tonight. Mr T, gotta love him. Saturday night TV sucks.
Mellowed into the evening with a few Havana Club n’ coke’s, which gave way to Morgan’s Spiced and coke, as I only had two drinks’ worth of Havana left. Boo!

Oops! Yes, I completely omitted the lovely dinner! Sorry! I can only blame the aforementioned rum! The dinner, baked salmon and oriental noodles, was absolutely delicious!
The bits and bobs from Meadowhall were actually just a seat for Aimee for the living room so that she can sit at her own level and stop trying to sit on the fire hearth!!
I also cooked what James described as the best meal I had ever put in front of him this evening – but it can’t have been too great as it does not appear to have been worthy of appearing in the blog!!
